If you could get someone in your life to start a blog, who would it be and why?
The answer is simple, everybody. Friends, family, co-workers, the postman, anybody I have ever wondered about. Why? First off, I despise playing phone tag. Sue me, when I call I expect to get someone with a pulse, not the voicemail message we haven’t changed since graduation. I know, you’re busy, I am busy we keep missing each. Okay, something has to pick up the slack. Secondly, sometimes I want to know what’s going on but prefer the shorter version to the long one. Sometimes you can just talk a person into not giving a damn. Third, there are times you want to know something but don’t want to pry. So what if I am nosy. I proudly admit to being one of the nosiest people a live – damn proud. Finally, often times I am just not in the mood for gab so if I can find out all the information without actually having to talk to you – perfect. A blog could and would eliminate one or all of the problems previously mentioned. All I have to do is pull up a blog and I am instantly updated with who my friend went out with last night, the latest engagement in the family, the purse I’ve just got to see, who hates their jobs, little bobby’s new tooth, cousin Gail’s tattoo, the fight between aunt Rea and grandma, whose sexing who etc. Life would be so much simpler, don’t you agree?
